My work is grounded in a conviction that exceptional performance and human flourishing are not competing priorities. At their best, they are the natural result of the same conditions.

Beyond The Work
When I'm not working with founders and leadership teams, I'm usually bringing people together, chasing an extraordinary experience, admiring beautiful design, moving my body, traveling somewhere new, or trying not to get cooked by my three kids.
I'm a third-generation entrepreneur, a wife, sister, local politics advocate and someone who has never been particularly interested in separating ambition from a life fully lived. I'm endlessly fascinated by human potential, the people who challenge conventional ideas about what's possible, and the experiences that change how we see ourselves and the world around us.
Community is in my DNA. From producing film and television to building BurnCycle and founding The Reckless Optimists, I've spent much of my life bringing people together around something meaningful. I believe the people we surround ourselves with shape our courage, our expectations, and ultimately who we become.
Whether I'm facilitating a leadership team, giving a key note, hosting a retreat, gathering people around a table, or raising my three children to be good humans, the underlying fascination remains the same: what brings out the best in people, and what becomes possible when the right people come together.
I will die on the hill that fun is the most overlooked strategic advantage in the pursuit of excellence. Take what you do seriously, but never take yourself too seriously. Joy, play, and a little irreverence don't diminish ambition, they make extraordinary things possible.
And I've never believed building an extraordinary business and building an extraordinary life were separate pursuits. Both are shaped by the conditions we create, the standards we uphold, and the people we choose to build alongside.
